My Broadband was of for 14 days, I was promised a refund/discount, everytime I phone I get passed about by so many people and get promised they will ring me back, they NEVER do!!
If you work for BT, you can see my email address, you can look up my account, you can see I was offline for 14 days.
SO WHERE IS MY MONEY??????????!
1. Why did you charge me for a router that you said was free (now refunded)
2. why did you charge me for voip phone that you said was free if I signed up for two years(now refunded)
3. why was my broadband offline for 14 days?
4. why have you not credited my acount the money you owe me
5. why do I pay the same amount as someone on 8mb download speed and I only get 1.5mb on a good day
6. why do you NEVER return phone calls
7. why do I have to phone you and wait for hours on end every single quarter to sort out my bill
8. why do you make false promises
9. why do I pay for broadband useage on my voip phone when I have unlimited useage on BB
10. why do you not support looped phone, I do not need a landline when I have a voip but you insist I do
11. why can you not ring me and sort all of this out? why can I not speak to a manager and work to resolve all of these problems?

12. why did you want me to upgrade to 20megabits and of course renew my contract, when you knew i would not get more than 1.5megabits
