I was on a 10 GB every month was reminded I was nearing my limit of usage 2 months ago
talked into signing up Invinity and having 20 GB.
Now as we are ending July I am told I have used nearly all my allowance again .
How come when I was on 10GB I was informed I used almost my allowance now when I have upgraded to 20GB
I am still informed I have used nearly all my allowance .
I am not using my computer any more than I did previously its about 2-3 hours a day Idont download films or watch it as a TV
there most be an explaination to this
