Stevie09, there is a hardware re-set button on the rear of the Hub, near the power socket. It's recessed, so you will have to use a bent paperclip or similar in order to operate it. It needs to be held in until the power light goes out and then the router will re-start, self test etc. It does return the Hub to it's factory settings and you will need to re-enter your broadband login details, along with any other configuration you have set up yourself.
