Bt Falcon Phone - Number Displayed on Handset

I would like to change the number that is displayed on our Falcon phones so that the geographical number is displayed rather than the voip number?

Thanks for the reply MHC , I should have posted this in the forum you linked to.

The answer is there but the answer is to get someone from BT to remotely change it hence why I posted.

I tried direct messaging the op who provided the reply but no response.

Can I move this thread to the other forum?
