Hi my broadband speed it terriblly slow, so im looking at things that could be causing this as BT say the line is fine.
I can see no unrecoginised devices in my connected devices list, but when I go to Setting - Broadband - DNS Resolution on my business hub, i can see all the devices in my house under the 192.168.1.x range which I know are actually valid and in my house, but also (shown below) several devices under the 10.114.69.xx range, which are not my devices., i.e. mackys-iphone, is this something I should be worries about?????
Strangly Fahads-iPhone, 192.168.1.65, which is not a device name of mine which when pingged goes to 192.168.1.66. Any advice appriciated.
Thanks
Craig

I don't suppose you have a BT Openzone hotspot enabled do you?
Can you do a full reset to defaults, then bring it back up whilst watching that page to see if / when they connect or reappear.
Are they just persistent from a time when OZ was turned on? Or is it a reconditioned/used 2700?
And if you don't recognise Fahads-iphone4 then you need to change your security key. The deafault is easily available to anyone who sees the router or it may have been hacked.
You can, I believe, use MAC addressing to allow/bar devices and you could implement that to bar that device.
