I have just started to need to use webmail for my btconnect email. I can see my inbox but none of my folders are there - what do I need to do so it is all synched?

If you have folders under inbox setup in your email program on your computer, these folders wont show up in webmail for an @btcnnect.com email address.
As @btconnect.com email addresses are POP email addresses and only the main Inbox folder synch's up. If you want all folders to synch up you need to have either an exchange or IMAP email address which is not available for @btconnect.com email addresses, only domainname.co.uk/.com etc email addresses can have these.
