We provide a service to our customers that requires the sending of multiple emails to their customers. We are experiencing problems with the bounce rate on BT email accounts (BT yahoo etc..) we have applied to be on bulk email register but seem to have been rejected. We have had no feedback as to why and we cannot find anyone who will discuss this with us to resolve the issue. This is impacting the quality of service we provide to our customers so we would like to resolve asap.....can someone provide details of a contact within BT??
