Having taken early voluntary retirement back in 1993 we were promised as part of the retirement package a third of BT products from BT shops. BT have totally ignored this contract and totally let down those like me. I am waiting to hear forom my solicitor if there is a case of breach of contract, in which case BT will have a lot of answering to do in court
