On Monday 6th July 2015 I filled out a form in regards to switching our business phones to a new digital service. Since Thursday of that week at 2 pm we have had no phone service IN/OUT whatsoever. No pre warning, no diverting, NOTHING. We are a recruitment business. Phones are our lifeline. The money lost is running in thousands!. This is desperate. I have exasperated all avenues with BT to get this apparent accident resolved ( we are working on it!). Where the hell do I stand. Can I sue? Most important how do I get this fixed NOW.
