I have recently moved to a house rented from my employer, they reconnected phoneline and set up a broadband phoneline package for me, which I'm wishing they hadn't done now. I'm paying the bills for this but it is confusing and seems to be more expensive than it should be, is this because I'm half residential and half business?
Is there an easy way of changing my account over to residential only.
I also don't seem to be able to get BT sport.

To get the broadband moved over from business to residential you will need to speak to our Customer options team they can be contacted by going here.
