Call divert to mobiles

I can't get call divert to work with a mobile number on my VOIP line.  Is this a 'feature' of the VOIP service or is there something else i need to do?

go to webcare

http://www.bt.com/businessbbv/webcare

and login with your username and password.

In the lines bit you can choose call forwarding on any line.

Easy.
