Can ANYONE help?!

I really hope someone here can help me as I am becoming increasingly frustrated with BT.

Two days ago (1 April 2013) I contacted BT via email and asked them to redirect my domain name (flyglasgow.net) from .index.html to .homeuk.html. This was done straight away but since then when trying to view any page on my website I get the following error code: "This webpage has a redirect loop. The webpage at http://www.flyglasgow.net/homeuk.html has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer."

Despite spending the past 4 hours speaking to BT via email, live chat and by telephone, nobody at BT appears to know how to resolve this issue.

Can anyone here help?

My website was built and is hosted via BT Easysite wizzaird at https://www.btdomainsaccount.com/domainMaintenance.aspx

Thank you very much for any assistance!

LOL! sounds like they gave you the runaround

BT only manage the servers*, client + server side code is your responsiblity to debug.

It's late and without firing all the diagnostics it's hard to be sure but likely that frame breaker script is causing the looping. To be on the safe side remove it completely before your advertising provider gets upset about you artifically inflating page views and closes your account for breaching thier terms of service.

* not strictly true but the truth behind BT's relationship with it's server farms is somewhat  painful to read
