Can I use Ipswich File Transfer for my ftp

I had created a website using Yahoo's web hosting.  I am trying to transfer the site to BT web hosting.

Can I use Ipswich File Transfer, software with which I am familiar, to do my ftp uploads.

If I can, what is the BT ftp host name which would connect me to my site (carinasidonio.com)?

I found out that you can use Ipswitch File Transfer for ftp.  It works a dream.
