Not having an easy time with BT Business I upgraded to get premium support/line been having problems since 23rd March 2015 this is the date I was connected I have wasted hours of time trying to get this fixed and am not getting any closer to getting my fault fixed it is really unfair. I am getting PPP LCP Send Termination Request [User request].
Causing slower speeds and high pings. My noise margin it set higher than usual. I have not had one day ware my connection has worked the way it should.
