Why is it Line Checker doesn't recognise my two broadband phone line numbers (I use Shareband)?
Also, I had 1.4 Down and 0.40 Up for 18 months O.K., but suddenly dropped to 0.50 Down & 0.20 Up before Xmas. BT could find no fault, so I installed a second phone line and Shareband to bond the two lines; that's supposed to double whatever is the existing speed. But I still get mostly just around 0.50 Down & 0.30 Up.
I feel I've been completely conned!
Any known solutions?
