OK I have a Broadband Account & Line account, the Online account is established in the Broadband account number, but when I go to add the phone line account to it, it will not allow me enter all the information........I enter the account number no problem but when I put the phone number and the "Bill number" in it is telling me they don't match ?
How do I verify the Phone number and Bill number, who do I contact to clarify this ? Anyone any Ideas ? Please
