Can anyone at BT tell me how I can add a new email address to my account or retrieve settings for an existing account as the the manage service->Email does not work when I am logged into my account on the BT Business web site. I am told the reason it no longer works is due to the migration of the account to Office 365. Would I be able, for example, be able to phone the help desk and they do it for me?
