Can't connect to our VOIP gateway

Hi,
We're trying to use voispeed ( http://www.voispeedltd.co.uk/ ) on our business line, but it times out. It works fine with a different ISP.
The gateway address is sip.prontopbx.com, I can't ping it on our BT line.
Is anyone aware of any TOS against this or know if this sort of thing is actively filtered?
