By an absolute stroke of genius BT have decided to upgrade something on the busiest shopping day of the year for us!! So we can't get in and see or print off orders (by the way the delivery notes havnt printed correctly since the upgrade|||||||||||| Last straw I am now going to change to something where:-
1. When you ring up they know what an eshop is
2. When they roll out an upgrade they have throughly beta tested it
