All of a sudden I can't log in to my eShop (I did fine a few hours ago). I am clicking the My Account tab on BT and then Your Email (I have also tried with the direct email login and direct web admin login) but when I log in I just get redirected to another login page, and if I log in there then back to the original. I just keep getting passed back and forth between the two without ever logging in! Is anyone else having this problem? Am abroad so can't phone BT, and tried emailing but I can't log in to see my account number or to check their reply!
Try clearing your browser's cache and delete cookies. Then try to login right after. Use the only login details you always use to access your eShop account.
Same problem experienced Thursday morning - presumably BT have a fault they haven't told us about
