Im new to webhosting advance and have tried to transfer a externaly hosted .co.uk domain, the thing is i have decided to to write this site off and have taken out as free .com domain with BT and a purchased a .co.uk domain also from BT, i assumed i could build 2 sites against these domains which i have since found out i cant, also the domain i have tried to transfer is in a status of *pending verification*, i need this cancelled as i want to host and build on a new domain, i have called the VAS helpdesk but they advise i need to cease the webhosting completly and re-order but this runs the risk of losing my domains! its says if if cant confirm ownership of the external site BT will cancel the request and i can then use something else, how can BT not cancel this pending transfer in but can after 45 days?
