Cannot Receive E-mails

I haven't been able to receive e-mails on my BT Connect account since 9am this morning. However I can still send them.
I sue Outlook, but have also tried logging on through BT business and cannot get anything up on the e-mail programme there. Any suggestions?

Have you tried sending a test email first? Did you check your spam or junk folders for new possible emails that was sent to you?
