Unable to receive emails since 20th June

I have not received any emails since 20th June. Two people have sent me a number of emails over the past 48 hours and nothing has come through. I never usually go through a day without receiving atleast a handful of emails. I can send emails. Everytime I click on 'get mail' it says there are no new messages. Any thoughts?

Has your email client got a "Spam" or "JunkMail" or "Phishing" filter that is storing te messages in a sperate forlder?

 

Can you see the incoming emails if you use Web Mail access?

 

Can you set youself up with a free, Yahoo, Gmail or alternate account and use that to run your own checks?

It is also possible that your email is already full. You may try to send a test email to check.

Hi mrsrebco,

 

The issue could be that your email account has been migrated over to our new email platform, I would advise you to contact the helpdesk to allow them to check your account and to get this issue resolved for you.
