Cannot connect my btconnect e mail to my Blackberry Playbook

Hi

I can't seem to get my e mails from a BTConnect business e mail onto my Blackberry Playbook. The e mail account works fine on my Blackberry Bold and also my hotmail/ other e mail accounts appear to work fine on the Playbook, it's just the BT connect account I'm not geting through? Any ideas please?

I'm a bit of a technophobe so be gentle with me lol

I also have the same problem with BT when I want to connect it to my BB. I have tried it on other Android phones and BT work smoothly, but when I want to add it to Blackberry, it just can't. I guess the problem is from BB, don't you think?
