I have the correct settings for my yahoo account on Microsoft Outlook on my laptop and used to work properly. Now I can't receive emails when I am on BT broadband. The error message I receive is:
'Task 'Checking for new mail in subscribed folders on Yahoo.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot check for new mail in subscribed folders for account Yahoo. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).''
When connected through VPN client it works fine. Any help is much appreciated.
