I'am trying to get in to the admin on my eshop. From the BT Website Centre Page, I click on Bought a BT Eshop and it takes me to this message; You do not host your domain with BT. Your domain is hosted with another provider. Please Click here to read our FAQ about how to configure your URL to work with the BT eShop.

I have looked on help but no use and phoned & emailed.

My eshop is http://eshop.chocolateape.co.uk and all was fine yesturday.

As of yesterday lunchtime I'm suddenly having exactly the same problem, have emailed BT 3 times and tried phoning but there was a 30 minute wait time, so far no one has been able to help me with this.

I always go to the following link and login from there. Then click Ecommerce > ePages > Admin Page:

https://hosting.hostingbt.com/OS4/index.php

Does this work?

No it just sends out the same message about not being hosted by BT? Confused?

No access on mine either, whatever route I take.

It would be nice if someone from BT would give some kind of response to this thread.

I have orders to send out tomorrow, which is kind of difficult without access.

I contacted BT yeserday and they could offer no solution to the problem.  They refered me to their information telephone line which gave information of broadband faults "Totally Useless"

I then contacted them again and told them that the telephone number that they gave me was no help at all.

BT seem to be having a problem with this issue that doesn't seem easy to solve.  Although, I think that they sgould have the courtesy of keeping their customers informed.

I am now in the position of knowing what to do about processing orders for the morning.  PLEASE BT... LET's GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED & GIVE ME AN UPDATE.... I AM WASTING A LOT OF VALUABLE TIME HERE!

Thank You

I have tried to contact BT yesterday and today and it appears the part of the department that deals with this problem is not open on a weekend, not open till monday at 9.00am.  It appears that BT do not class their eshop customers with much respect.

I will be taking this further as in their literature it is saying a a 24/7 service but this is not the case.
