I can see that there is no message in your post, did you use IE9, as we know there are issues with this and our forum, if you can repost using a different browser please. If you are using the BT business hub and require ports open you can lok at this guide for setup intructions, alternately if you contact the helpdesk by phone or by live chat, we can screen share with you to have a look at the business hub settings.
