Cannot send email to any BT email addresses

Hi,
I have a customer (non BT) that has their own internal email server running Exchange 2010 and for some reason they are unable to send email to any BT email addresses, all other external email sends without issue. I can only assume that it is being blocked at BT by either domain name or ip address. I cannot find anyone at the BT end to talk to with referance to this. So any help would be gratfully recieved.

I sent you two PM's on Monday, there's no email reminder, but you can access them by clicking on the envolope on the top right off the forum.
Thanks Dave for forwarding on the information. Yahoo should be able to lift the block, but check why they added you to the blacklist, this maybe due to a lack of reverse dns (can be setup by your ISP) or possibly mass mail accross their servers, either due to large amounts of email being sent or a trojan causing this.
