Certificate Issue

I have recently started getting the message "The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified.  The target principal name is incorrect" when I retrieve email from pop.outlook.com using Outlook 2007.  I can just dismiss it and carry on but is it due to a setting I have inadvertantly changed on my system or is it down to BT, thanks?

This seems to be a problem with Windows and Outlook. I have found the solution which helped me with this problem before.
