I've had an email about an upgrade to my account.
I cant send or receive emails now through my outlook program.
is the email legit and how to sort out my outlook problems?

I got in touch with the helpdesk and the issue's been resolved by one of the enginneers remotely.

How did you manage to connect to the helpdesk? Is it in real-time or you just sent a support ticket?
