I've just set up a hosted voip system in our office and I can't for the life of me figure out how to change the MADN caller id from the 056 number to the geographical number. Can anyone help?

You can not set the caller ID on the MADN line and the reason for this is the MADN is only a group and when you make an outbound call this is done via the actual phone you are using.
to set this on each handset this can be done in 2 ways 1st we can set this up for you or 2nd you can go to www.bt.com/businessbbv/selfcare login with your BBV details and click manage your lines then scroll down and click on the line you want to change and after you have clicked line on the new page scroll down until you come to the caller display option and select the number you require from the drop down menu, this will need to be done for all lines.
