Any help appreciated...
Wanting to change a btconnect password. I can log in myoffice but when I go to the option to change the password it says 'The password you entered is wrong. Please Retry'
I have tried another btconnect account and again I can log in but not change the password.
I have tried another PC but no luck.
I have tried a variety of passwords with a mix of characters but the same message appears.
Any ideas?
