Has anybody actually found this to be the simple 3 step option that BT suggest it should be????
I've been trying to add both my internet and phone bills to my account and go "paperless" but it is a constant battle against the BT website that seems to fall over at the drop of a hat.
No doubt they will charge me for a paper bill next time despite their system not allowing me to change to it.
You certainly couldn't run a business in such a slipshod manner!!!
