We have recently had a 100mb fibre installation with BT and it has come with a Cisco 2921 router. This is much bigger than the previous router we had for our 10mb dedicated service. It doesn't fit in the standard cabinet and is quite noisy. Does anyone have any suggestions for a smaller router that might be compatible and is it likely that BT can provide this? I spoke to BT and they said the router would make some noise and should be kept in a comms room. I explained we aren't a big company so don't have a comms room, only a cabinet that it doesn't fit in. It seems odd to me that for such a jump forward in technology the box is so much bigger....any ideas out there? Thanks
