My current Broadband is out of Contract.
Last year I requested connection to Superfast and Openreach visited and installed the new line.
I set the Superfast under a new Ltd Co as the old one no longer mine.
But BT invoicing under the old Ltd Co and new one. I have never paid an invoice under the new Ltd Co., - why should I when I'm paying for the other.
i have lost count of the numerous phone calls to the BT to sort this out. I was promised compensation at one point - never materialised.
Anyone had a similar negative customer experience and how did you resolve ?
I just want to shut down the old account and get going with the new, cheaper superfast.
