Clutter box

I also have had this service put onto our account without premission, and have managed to log onto the office 365 but cannot find the clutter box, where is it, I have had 2 live web chats with Bt and they divert me through to technical, before I lose it with them is there anyone that can help me get this clutter box off my account, thanks

Hi trudy

 

iI you login to the mailbox through the webmail portal and access the clutter folder, once you are there, view what is in the clutter folder, then right click onthe folder idon, this will open up an options page which will allow you to disbale the folder.
