Unable to access business account

I am trying to get email set up on my Dad's PC with his btconnect.com business account and not sure that I have the correct POP and SMTP settings could someone please help with the incoming POP3 and outgoing SMTP settings please...........

Hi pallen,

 

The correct server information is below.

 

Incoming server:
outlook.office365.com
port :995
Encryption method: SSL

outgoing server:
smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: TLS or STARTTLS (depenidng on device)
enable outgoing authentication to use the same details to login to incoming mail.
