I am getting this message:
'This domain name has already been configured by another BT account and cannot be added.'
How can I find out how to progress this? As far as I am aware I have not been sent the MX record to allow me to get the move underway so I don't understand why the status is showing as pending or why it thinks its already underway. And if it is in progress what on earth is the progress and how do I find out what is going on? I seem to be trapped in an eternal loop. Thanks for any pointers.

the email with the New MX records gets sent to the primary @btconnect.com email address on your account, if you have not received this, you can contact the helpdesk who can get a copy of the MX record for you.
