Connecting CCTV to the Internet

Hi,

I have tried to get my CCTV DVR in my shop to be accessed remotely via Home and Mobile Phone, but unable to get am outside connection working.

Have tried with a BT Hub & Netgear Router and still getting nowhere, hoping someone can point me in the right direction on if i am doing something wrong.

I am able to get to the CCTV DVR Web Interface via Internal LAN and responds to Pings, but nothing externally

* Using BT's Static IP Service

* Visage DVR with IP Address of 192.168.1.xx using ports 80, 5920 & 5921

* BT Hub Router & Netgear Router IP is 192.168.1.254

* Both Port Forwarding or Services has Visage DVR IP Address with Eveything in Allow, even added to DMZ

* Firewall on Netgear allows everything to go through via inbound & outbound

Assuming that all i need to do is enter the BT's Static IP address into the browser or Mobile Phone CCTV DVR App, with the ports and username and password, it should allow access.  BUt i am getting nothing.

Any Ideas
