Consumer Customer with BT Web Hosting

Hi Hope you can help, I've had the BT Web hosting service for a number of years now and have always been able to pay the annual renewal Hosting web charge via the online portal www.business.bt.com/btcom/domains . However when I try ro place the order it comes back as £0.00 charge please try later. Can you please help

[see previouse post] please could some one explain to me what is 'an annual renewal hosting web charge' i have never paid one, as far as i know? but i am still being charged for a "ghost web site" regards Al
