Hi,
My client has lost all login details for her bt registered domain.
With a proper registrar this takes a phone call and login in details are emailed to the registered email address.
I will not wste time on how difficult it has proved to be and we are no further forward after 2 weeks.
Can anyone supply an email address or preferably a phone number
BT's site gave this address:
It bounces back as undeliverable.

And the fact that your client has lost their details is our fault how? I also think any 'proper registrar' would request account information and confirmation of some sort of security in the same way we do.
