Could you please help us in getting access to the DNS Control Panel / Domain Center for my website

Having tried desperately to phone/chat/email (all several times) i am still getting nowhere i need to be able to access my DNS control Panel to make changes to my web site, my log on will not allow it, i have changed to administrator and it still wont allow it
