Delete emails in Bulk

My Mailbox is full - so I need to delete emails from my mailbox. I can do one at a time - which is time-consuming...

Can I delete in Bulk - i can't see how to do ?

Hi scruffyrat,

You can delete mail in bulk through our webmail, to do this select the top message so that it is highlighted,  then hold down shift and press page down, this will highlight the whole page, then click on delete.

This will let you delete a page of about 10 at a time, you can experiment by press page down twice, maybe three times, to delete more at a time.

Thanks. But tried that and the shift page down doesn't highlight any other emails.

I've tried shift + click on message further down, but this doesn't highlight those in between either.

Any other ideas ?

Hi scruffyrat,

what browser are you using?

As I have tested this in Internet Explorer and in Firefox, with one of our test email addresses and it works in this way.

Thanks Markp. Tried again it works. I wasn't hovering the mouse before i pressed page down.
