I posted a message here yesterday, but it's since disappeared - deleted by the moderators?

I had a question regarding Exchange Web Services not working with the Office 365 account.

When I request the user setting ExternalEwsUrl via the web service it doesn't return a URL.

Has BT enabled the EWS service on their Exchange implementation, or is it done on request?

Hi there johnm

BT do not give access to the administrators side of 365 so this will not be possible from your end,  however if you wish us to make any changes on this we can request this for you.
