Deleting Emails on btinternet.com

Hi

just upgraded to new BT package and now my email servicer will not let me manage SPAM of DELETE emails

Also will n ot open attachments

inbox and sent are OK bbut DSPAM box and DELETE functions fail to work....

attachments in PDF wont open

whats the settiing if its that the issue

@btinternet.com email addresses are part of our home broadband accounts, if  you go to their community forum you will be able to get help and support.
