We have BT hosted VOIP with Falcon 2 phones and 4 lines. We have a central switchboard number (MADN) which makes all the phones ring at the same time and also 4 individual direct lines. Is there a way we can set a different ringtone for when the switchboard number rings as opoposed to one of the direct lines? At present the only way to tell if someone has dialled the switchboard or my direct number is to peer round the office and see if any of the other phones are flashing.
It must be possible. I dont know whether to answer the call as me or as the company name.
Cant see it anywhere in the manual or on this forum
