Hi, Can someone help me get a direct debit form as we have changed banks?? I requested one through our online account three weeks ago and nothing has come and I have requested one on the automated service but nothing has arrived. I can't seem to find a number to call to just talk to someone, everything is either online or automated and none of them work! It really shouldn't be this difficult! I bet if I cancelled the direct debits someone would be straight on the phone to me.
