Display of Geographic Number

Is it possible to change my VOIP number so that when it comes up on the phones of those whom I am calling it shows the geographic number not the VOIP number - a lot of my clients are confused when they see the VOIP number.

Hi Chris

Yes this is possible to do, there is 2 ways this can be done, 1st log into you selfcare site www.bt.com/businessbbv/selfcare and use your voip 0560 number and password to login, on the left hand side click on manage you lines and then click on the line name, scroll down until you see the caller display setting and from the drop down menu select your geo number and click go.
