Displaying Free Index reviews

Hi,

I hav had a number of review from FreeIndex which I want to display on my website. Free Index provide the code which I have pasted into my 'Customer Feedback' page.  Unfortunately it does not display the reviews as it should, only a link to our profile on Free Index. I am sure this was working a month or two ago..not sure why it is not working now.

Any ideas ?
