I'm trying to re-configure a BT Versatility system to divert calls to our 0845 number to a particular call group.
We had this working prior to Christmas, but seem's to have stopped working after setting up night service diverts.
I've tried both via the main system phone and via the BT Versaility User Wizard 4.5, calls to the DDI seems to be working fine but cannot get the 0845 number to work.
Anyone shine any light how to get this working again.
